How do I sign up?
You can sign up by clicking on the Sign Up button in the top right corner side of this website. Clicking on this button will take you to our registration page, where you must provide us with your desired username and password, along with an email address that we'll use to confirm your account.
Do I have to give my private information in order to receive schwag?
Yes. We need to however your private information is stored in our encrypted server databases and cannot be used or viewed by anyone other than Schwagon personnel. We use this information only so that we can send you your schwag.
Do I have to sign up in order to vote or comment on the videos?
You do need to sign up to comment and vote on videos, however if you just want to check out the contests and videos you can do that without being a Schwagger. Once you have checked out the site and contests, and wish to join, you can then sign up and become a Schwagger.
Can I vote more than once on my entry?
You can vote more than once on your event entry, every 12 hours you will be able to log in and vote on your own entry, however please do not get out of control, lets win for real.
Why do you need my phone number and address?
We will need your phone number and address in order to send you your schwag. Once you have won a contest or have been chosen to get some free schwag from the Schwagon team we will need to know how to contact you.
What is Schwag?
Schwag is a form of free stuff given away as promotional materials. Pretty much the sweet stuff that people give you at contests, events or conventions.
Can I win schwag even if I do not win a contest?
You are eligible to win schwag even if you have not won a contest. How? Well, here at Schwagon, we have my partnerships as well as schwag that we would like to randomly give away every month because we are sweet.
What happens if I never win a contest?
If you never win a contest you can either hope that we pick you to send you some schwag or you can go out there and work harder at it and then come back to get your schwag on.
When will I receive the schwagon?
Schwagon will send out the schwag within five to seven business days following the contest. However we will contact you within 1-2 business days to verify information. We have to give a 5-7 day waiting period for any protests or illegal actions within the contest. If you have any further questions as it relates to this matter please contact us for more information.
How long will it take to get the schwagon once I have won the contest?
You should see the schwag at your door step within 7-14 business days.
What happens if someone else uploads my video to a contest?
First, check and see if it violates our terms and conditions. If you feel someone else has uploaded a video of you or someone you know please notify us right away so that we can take legal steps and actions. Once we have received the video and information we will then follow through with any necessary steps. We do appreciate you contacting us. We want everyone to keep in mind we are here to provide an experience where everyone can get their schwag on.
Why are you giving away schwag (free stuff)?
We enjoy three things contests, sponsors, and schwag. We cannot tell you how great a feeling it is to know that we have built something where user’s can engage in contests and win schwag (free stuff). We have also formed many relationships and partnerships with industry leaders so that we can be here today providing this platform.
